How long does implementation take?
Most teams capture their first live enquiry on day one. A full configuration of stages, forms, quotation templates, roles and migration usually takes about a week with our help.
Can we migrate from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Enquiries, customers, quotations, invoices and payments can be imported. On Business and Enterprise we help map the columns and clean the data with you.
Do you charge for the demo?
No. It is a working session, not a sales presentation, and it is useful whether or not you buy.
What if Folow is not a fit?
We will tell you during the demo. We would rather lose a customer than configure a business into software that does not suit it.
