Information we collect
Account details you provide (name, business name, email, phone), the content you enter into Folow (enquiries, customers, quotations, invoices, payments) and technical data needed to operate the service, such as IP address and session records.
How we use it
To operate the service you signed up for: storing your records, authenticating you, sending service and billing emails, replying to support requests and, where you have asked for it, product research.
Your customers’ data
Your enquiry and customer records are yours. We process them only on your instructions and never sell them, use them to advertise, or train shared models on them.
Sharing
We share data only with vetted infrastructure providers who are contractually bound to process it on our behalf, or where the law requires it.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you close an account we export or delete your data on request, and remove it from backups within the retention window.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can export everything at any time. Email hello@folow.in and we will respond within 30 days.
