The agreement between Folow and the businesses using the platform.

Using Folow
You may use Folow for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for the permissions you grant your team.
Your account
One account per workspace. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for removing access when a team member leaves.
Billing
Paid plans are billed per user, monthly or annually, in advance. Adding users is prorated; removing users takes effect at the next renewal. Plans can be cancelled at any time before the next renewal date.
Availability
We target 99.9% monthly availability. Enterprise plans carry a service level agreement with service credits. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.
Acceptable use
Do not use Folow to send unsolicited bulk messages, store unlawful content, or attempt to access another workspace’s data.
Liability
Folow is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
